I will visit, listen to what you hope to achieve, make cost effective suggestions, show you similar, previous work wherever possible and we will come up with a plan which will work to make the ideal home you would like.
We can then go to an Architect with all the details he needs to draw the plans. This alone saves hundreds of pounds as the Architects time is very much reduced on site.
I will help you to feel in full control over your build, understand what to expect in the way of quotes, be informed about the decisions you will need to make, understand how the project will run and how to deal with the Tradesmen. You will be saving as much money as possible without losing quality.

The average cost of getting you from first contact with me to commissioning an Architect, is usually between £350 and £450

most builds), you will be with them for some time. It’s much easier if everyone gets on!
I can guide you through the process of using a contract for all parties to sign (and provide links to appropriate resources and documents).
